We're a small label — it's just the two of us — and every order is packed and sent with care.
Order handling
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Most Australian orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks from the day you order. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods and customs can add a little time.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $150.
- Orders under $150: a flat $9.95.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can follow your order the whole way.
Where we ship
We ship across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe. If you're not sure we reach you, just ask before ordering.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at deruiterrbv@gmail.com and we'll chase it down with the carrier and make it right. Please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
