Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to genuinely love what you ordered. If it's not right, returning it is simple and fair.

60-day returns

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at deruiterrbv@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions.

Return shipping

• If the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping — send us a photo and we'll sort it straightaway.
• For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange it if the item is in stock.

Sizing

Our pieces run true to size — each product page has a size guide. Not sure? Message us before you order and we'll help you choose.

A few exceptions

For hygiene reasons, intimate items and final-sale/clearance pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
